All weight based shipping option do not come with a tracking number, we will provide you with the information about the carrier company’s contact number and email, once it is handle by the shipping company we are not responsible for your parcel and you will have to get in contact with them for farther assistance.
After the shipping company has attempted several deliveries unsuccessfully and left you a note on how to proceed to pick up your package its going to be send back to us past 12 days.
It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and to handle the different options provided by the shipping company to get your package.
If your package gets send back to us, you will have to pay for shipping fees again, for us to be able to ship it back to you due that service was provided and it was your responsibility.
Refunds: Products may be returned for refunds within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused. We do take care of the expenses for returning shoes only. All other products, the costumer has to take care of the returning expenses shipping and handling, we will not accept any products with shipping expenses such as customs or others fees.
Refund can not be made until we get the products back.
Out of the EU sales: We are not responsible for customs fees or return shipping fees if importing to another country.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
The Company reserves the right to approve or reject Affiliate Program Registrations in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

Affiliate shall be paid a commission for complete and successful transactions only, based on a percentage of the Net proceeds after returns, refunds, chargebacks.
3. Payouts

3. Good Faith
Affiliate acknowledges that entering into the affiliate agreement is in good faith for the sole purpose of marketing Company’s products. Access to the Company’s confidential records such as link traffic reports renders affiliate special and unique within the Company. Affiliate agrees that during the term of the affiliate program and the following 5 years after termination of affiliate account, affiliate alone or with others, will not, directly or indirectly, engage (as owner, investor, partner, stockholder, employer, employee, consultant, advisor, director or otherwise) in any competing business.
